PURPOSE
Chicago Preservation is a citywide property-level screening and prioritization tool designed to organize housing-preservation, building-condition, climate, energy, and related contextual evidence.

CANONICAL PRIORITY SCORE
The canonical Preservation Priority Score is a 0–100 composite constructed from four equally weighted canonical domains using an arithmetic aggregation architecture validated in prior stages.

PRIORITY TIERS
Very High Priority: >= 95th citywide percentile
High Priority: 85th to <95th percentile
Elevated Priority: 65th to <85th percentile
General Citywide: <65th percentile

ACUTE / EXTREME SIGNALS
Acute and extreme domain signals remain separate from the headline score. They identify properties with unusually severe conditions in one or more canonical domains and do not add bonus points.

TYPOLOGIES
Property typologies summarize combinations of headline priority and acute/extreme domain conditions. They are descriptive screening profiles, not diagnoses.

INTERVENTION PROFILES
Intervention profiles are workflow-oriented diligence / monitoring labels. They are not legal findings, enforcement determinations, funding eligibility rules, or causal estimates.

OWNERSHIP
Ownership & Operations remains contextual and unscored because the analytical pipeline did not identify a defensible monotonic ownership indicator suitable for automatic inclusion in the headline score.

CONDITIONAL OVERLAYS
Additional climate, energy, housing, and other conditional evidence is displayed separately from the canonical headline architecture.
